These Partagas Cifuentes cigars were rolled way back in 2006 – the original production of Cifuentes Seasonals Winter – and have been enjoying a cedar nap in the massive aging rooms of the Partagas factory ever since. Hand-crafted in the Dominican Republic, this bold premium is a true Dominican puro, made with Dominican Piloto Cubano long-fillers inside a golden, Habano-seed wrapper. Additional aging has morphed this once gem into a soothing, medium-bodied slow-burner. Notes of oak, cream, and earth are met by a subtle (but hearty) spices on the long and savory finish. Mellow but balanced and eventful, this truly is a work of art from the legendary Partagas factory.
