TO ENTER: Click on the "enter to win" button next to the item up for grabs and after entering your username password, and validating your email address you will be entered. Thats it! All winners will be notified via email adn will have one week to send us their shipping address in order to claim the prize. Mechanically or electronically manipulated entries are automatically void. Limit one entry per person per drawing. All entries become the property of DealQUE.com assumes no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, mutilated or misdirected entries, or for any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries to the scheduled DealQUE giveaways.
ELIGIBILITY: DealQUE giveaways are only open to residents of the United States who are 15 years or older at time of entry. The giveaways are not open to employees of DealQUE and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, such employees.
ODDS: The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received as well as the rank of the user.
WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE : Winners will be selected after the expiration of selected giveaway. Giveaways are not assignable, nontransferable, and non-returnable. No substitution of cash for giveaways. Each Winner is responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on the giveaway.
GIVEAWAY AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY: Each giveaway will be sent out within 7 business days or less (usually the next business day) of the expiration of the giveaway. DealQUE is responsible for the postage and shipping of each giveaway. However, DealQUE is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or undeliverable items. Giveaways will not be replaced or accepted for return.
PARTICIPATION: Participation in the DealQUE giveaways constitutes each entrant’s consent to the publication of his or her name for any commercial or promotional purposes and an agreement by each entrant to comply with these Official Rules. DealQUE reserve the right to cancel or modify the giveaways if they determine, in their sole discretion, that fraud or technical failures have destroyed the integrity of certain giveaways.
DISPUTES: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant and DealQUE, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. As a condition of participating in the giveaways, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the giveaways, shall be resolved by arbitration located in Miami Dade County, Flordia. Arbitration shall proceed under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
