I bought a Tom Tom GPS from these guys last month and it arrived about a week later. I was really excited because of the GREAT price, but when I tried to use it, it stopped finding my location and would give me bad routes. I was very concerned (and not to mention I kept getting lost!) so I e-mailed customer service. They wrote me back and said that the manufacturer was no longer honoring their warrantee, and they had no more ins tock so I was going to get a full refund. They also let me keep the GPS I had bought! I know it's not working correctly, but I'm going to try and fix it. Most importantly, I felt that my concerns were addressed and the problem resolved in a timely manner. It really helped build my trust in this website (sometimes I'm weary of buying online) and they've got a loyal customer now!
1 Sale a Day does not not supply good merchandise or honor it's word. I purchased something from them and when I emailed them concerning the item which was not according to their description, they told me to send the unit back to them and they would refund my money. I did this and spent another $ 5 shipping it back to them but the shipment was refused by them and they won't even answer my emails. Stay away from this vendor who supplies bad merchandise and then does not even honor their own commitment to refund. VERY BAD VENDOR !! They have been reported to many consumer organizations like the Better Business Bureau for their bad products and bad business practices such as the one I have described. Stay Away from dealing with them unless you also want to be taken !!!
